Ferry shuttle service connecting Ankaran, Koper, Izola and Piran returns!

The cross-border project Crossmoby will set up a ferry service this summer again, connecting four Slovenian coastal towns – Ankaran, Koper, Izola and Piran.

Last year, the service was only available at weekends, now it will run EVERY DAY except Mondays.

The ferry will be available from 26 June until 3 October for a symbolic fare between one and three euros.

Starting June 26 boat Zlatoperka will sail every day except on Mondays.

Passengers and cyclists will be able to travel without prior notice, boat Zlatoperka, which is otherwise suitable for 71 passengers, will accept a maximum of 21 passengers due to the safety distance, or 51 passengers if it is a group. In addition, the boat will be equipped with 16 bike racks.

Passengers will be able to board in Ankaran (pier at Valdoltra), Koper (outer shore by the parking lot on Ukmarjev trg square), Izola (pier in front of Hotel Marina) and Piran (pier at the red lighthouse).
